I'm not sure why the reviews are very low. But this is a great Tim Hortons near where I live.

Low order accuracy. I ordered a steeped tea and the staff member in the President’s Choice uniform begins to pour a coffee out of the large coffee thermos. No wonder this Loblaws location is closing down. Furthermore, the staff member was completely silent and did not confirm the order. My guess is that he’s new to the service business. Might as well put a kiosk there!
Extremely rude attitude. They basically were yelling at me around 8:48 this morning. 100% unacceptable
