The lady taking my order on july 24th around 5pm seemed to have trouble understanding that I wanted an iced coffee and kept entering the wrong items, when i let her know this is not what i want, she was like “i know i know”. when she started making an iced capp instead, I politely let her know that I ordered an iced coffee and even said I was happy to pay any difference.
