Too rude employees and can’t make the drinks properly , iced coffee with no suger at all
I paid for the cold water, yet they refused to give it to me in an extra large cup. Who makes these weird rules? Every other Tim Hortons doesn't have a problem giving water in water in an extra large cup. I was thirsty. I didn't ask the water for free
Ignorant staff!!! I had purchased a cup with cold water. Was a hot day and I have health conditions. When I asked for ice she stated I'd have to pay extra because they need that ice to make the cold drinks. I was in complete shock it's water lady it costs you nothing to make ice. I had purchased already a coffee .. large ice cap and 2 bagels and when asking for ice it was like I was asking for a free coffee. I'd already purched the cup for water. I'm still mind blown over this.
