I had a very upsetting experience at this Tim Hortons during my visit around 4:43 PM. I waited at the front counter for a long time, and the staff member did not take my order despite seeing me standing there. The customer behind me even asked if I had ordered because of the excessive wait, and she eventually left without placing her order. What made this situation especially concerning was that customers before me had their orders taken properly and without delay, while I was ignored.
