Dirty washroom. Cashier did get order correctly.
Just like a regular customer and Tim's app user cannot find or qualify a pleasant experience when both of your washrooms are inconveniently out of order. This happended on Wednesday, Sep 30th 2026. You could do it better, it is not the first time
Really bad service from the cashiers! Very disappointing experience.
Ordered plain bagel with butter. It came back slathered in an offensive amount of butter, so much that it had not even melted. Additionally, the butter tasted sour, like it has gone off. Possibly cream cheese? Either way, why so much? Either used rancid butter in a stupid quantity or just messed up the simplest order one can possibly concoct.
Great staff.
