I've been here 5 times in three months and the food is not bad but when i tried to use the washroom the crew will say always out of service! It's unacceptable even if you're a customer
Dirty place. Old customer receipts lying around everywhere. Arrogant cashiers. They get mad if you ask them to repeat because you didn't hear. Plus, they don't have items that you order and pay for at the self-service kiosk
They gave me a different donut from the one I ordered. When I asked about it, they said they don’t check orders separately and that the donut I wanted wasn’t available. When I asked why they didn’t tell me, they just kept repeating the same thing. The service was absolutely terrible, and the staff member was incredibly rude and unapologetic.
