I always go to Tim Hortons, although this was my first time visiting this branch. My experience was incredible! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcome it honestly felt like I was at home. The food was fresh, the atmosphere was warm, and all of the staff were friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank Louis. He was very entertaining, energetic, and polite. The staff is rude all the time. The girl working at 5:30am July 7 looks annoyed to serve at all. She made me felt like I owe her something. Absolutely bad customer service. The food was 6/10 because she prepared it bad.
I picked up my mobile order this morning around 6.45 am employee at soup and sandwich was stocking up beef and she picked up my omlette bites with same gloves she was dealing with beef
