Absolutely dreadful service. Ordered via the app 5-7 minutes before I arrived. I arrived to a quiet restaurant. I waited 5 minutes by the mobile order pickup counter, no sign of my order and no one seemed to notice or care. Finally I approached the staff to see what the status of my order was-- they hadn't even started it! They didn't have the donut I had ordered and the staff person did not address me when asking what I wanted to replace it with. No apologies or acknowledgement of such poor service.
