The older lady with glasses who works the morning shifts and serves Uber drivers is very disrespectful and rude. She often seems angry and treats drivers poorly as if we’re beneath her. Please remind your staff that respect and basic courtesy matter. Teach them how to treat people kindly before teaching them how to make coffee
