I ordered coffee and begal from Uber I got something wrong in my coffee
I ordered a coffee through the drive-thru and came to the window. I had just started to scan my points when, all of a sudden, the staff member ignored me and turned to another customer to work on their order, leaving my coffee sitting in front of the drive-thru window. Small things make big impact. I felt so badly when I asked for a sleeve for my regular coffee at the drive thru to protect my hand from the hot coffee, the lady refused to give me one claiming that she is not allowed to do so. Can anyone imagine that? I regret that I didn't ask to talk to her supervisor as I saw its not a big deal, but I am still thinking about the reason behind that justifiable behavior since then..
