Are Beef craveables supposed to be served almost ice cold? Ive given thus location so many chances. Ho to Wilson and Elm. Review Date: May 11, 2026 I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons today, May 11, 2026. I placed an online pickup order about 20–25 minutes before arriving at the drive-thru, expecting it to be ready or at least already in progress when I got there. Although there was a long line at the drive-thru, which I completely understand, the bigger issue started when I finally reached the window. The employee there was not aware of my order at all. The ONLY Tom hortons that actually makes your order right!! Went to a different Tim Hortons asked for the most simple thing.. iced coffee with extra BASE, the Tim’s I went to at first put extra CREAMER in it. The base bottle legit says BASE on it, went to this tims and it was the best iced coffee I ever had! Thank you, these workers need a raise
