The person at cashier was very rude 8th Sept 12 noon. Got order wrong, argued than mixed order with other customer. The line was holding till door and no one was there to take orders. Why Tims is hiring such rude staff if they don't want to work in customer service or take it on customers. Absolutely no greetings, dead pan energy. I wish there was another Tims I can go for my coffee than be served by such horrible customer service.
The Harry Potter theming is interesting. A for effort. Food/drink just like any other Tims.
