Not sure what happened to this place after they renovated it but service and food quality has gone way down. The people working there clearly doesn’t want to be there. Service is painfully slow and once you finely get your food, it’s burned. Not worth going to this location.
Took 30 mins to order a coffee. There were wasps and another type of bug crawling around in the donut display cases: The counter behind the cash was covered in garbage, spills and wrappers. The garbage bin was overflowing. Watched one employee kick the same piece of garbage multiple times including into various liquid spills on the floor. I told the employee at cash about the bugs in the display case and she didn’t know what “bugs” or “wasps” meant. Then ignored me and went onto the next order. Overall—gross.
Mehdi was awesome, super chill, and made my experience super enjoyable.
Always chaotic, orders always wrong, VERY slow….very cheap on the doughnut glaze and they now ask people to pull aside and park to wait for their orders!! I waited in a parking spot 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and coffee one morning!! I will never again agree to pull ahead and wait for an order…it’s a Tim Hortons, not a McDonalds…. The best inexpensive place to get a coffee, donut, muffin or bagel. They also serve chili and soup.
