Service is poor very slow We ordered pumpkin spice hot latte today, coffee and caramel tart Latte is cold! We asked for oatmilk they use regular milk! No whipped cream and toppings! The dinning is dirty One time we ordered take 12 coffee and muffins took 25 mins to prepare the order !

Staff not friendly, shouting all the time. Dirty place
I placed mobile order and got it after 25 minutes, didn’t think much of it as its rush hour; but what is not fair is that I ordered steeped tea, they had it there I could see it and still proceeded to pour coffee and say steeped tea is ready. Make it make sense. Why even list the item if you’re busy or lazy to make it when you have it?
