Based on my experience, there is a staff member,an older woman that has been working there a very long time,has always been rude to me when I order anything. Always gives me an attitude I asked her if my coffee was decaf since I have high blood pressure and she literally yelled at me if course it is and then said it's not my fault if you have that. It wasn't the first times she gave me an attitude.
