They never take the order in order and it’s really slow everyone need to wait for a long time. I just suggest everyone go to another store. And a lot of homeless people around here is not safe places for people to buy food

I ordered a Golden Snitch and Timbits combo through the Tim Hortons app. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, I was told that the Golden Snitch was out of stock. I asked for a refund, but the staff told me that I had to contact the app for a refund. I then showed them the information from the official Tim Hortons website stating that refunds for mobile orders can be handled by the restaurant manager.
