I had a negative experience with them. First of all when I entered the staff I found seemed not kind. I tried to pay my order with my non canadian visa card, which the staff was in rush to tell me that it doesn't go through then I used my canadian credit card. Later I noticed I was double charged. I called to find what they can help me. The only response is to tell me "it's not possible" from the staff and maneger, like then am I stupid?
