love this place, leave with a smile every morning.
They just did the renovations but they still dont have self service machines like the other renovated Tim's in the area.
Not a good new system. I wait and waited. got my chili and smile cookie but no french vanilla and they kept serving customers who came in after me, even after I said I was missing my french vanilla. I walked out without it. so I got ripped off. I had 10 minutes of my hour break left. I Wont be back, they need to serve customers in the same order they ordered their food in and not make people wait for half their order while continuing to serve other customers their coffees first.
They almost always get the order correct. MILK It's not hard guys! Since the King St. Location has closed, this place is overwhelmed. I went in yesterday and waited 20 mins for my tea. They just need a little time to catch up
