Horrible manager berating staff while customers are present .. empty counters of donuts etc
I had a very frustrating experience at Tim Hortons today. I’ve been working since early morning and stopped by during a busy schedule just to grab a tea. Unfortunately, I was given coffee instead. When you’re short on time and counting on a quick, correct order, mistakes like this really mess up your whole day. I understand that it can get busy, but basic order accuracy is expected—especially for something as simple as tea vs coffee. There needs to be more attention to detail and better quality control. Oh boy....where do I begin. My boyfriend and I frequently visit this Tim Hortons and every single time..the order is wrong. Plus for some unusual reason this Timmy's doesn't honor the free items on the roll up promo! The driveway in the drive thru is a disgrace, there's a big huge hole...unless Tim Hortons wants to pay for a front end alignment for every car, they should fix it!
