Been here quite a few times this week as I am working in the area. Every single time I have ordered I have waited longer than 20 minutes. One order was upwards of 30 minutes. Nothing crazy. Just chicken wraps. Every single time I've gone they say they are out of rice and aren't going to make more. Not that they can't. They can. They just dont want to.
