Kenzie and Pauline provided outstanding service during my visit to Tim Hortons. They were both incredibly polite, welcoming, and always had big smiles on their faces. Kenzie's smile is especially warm and genuine—it instantly makes you feel welcome. She made my tea perfectly—it was honestly a 10000/10! Pretty horrible service. We ordered 2 iced coffees, and they gave them to us the wrong size, and completely unmixed. My dad ordered a BLT, and they randomly added cheese, which he didn’t ask for. I also ordered a BLT, and they gave me a Turkey Sandwich. The cherry on top, they claimed they already gave my dad his BLT before actually giving it to us, which check the cameras, they didn’t. If you’re thinking of getting Tim’s, maybe drive the extra 3 minutes over to Mapleton, where the food and service is much better.
