I am from Williams Lake and stopped at this location while in town for an appointment. The restaurant was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. Tables, floors, windows, counters and the display case were visibly filthy, and we did not feel comfortable sitting down. The staff were clearly working hard despite being severely understaffed, which is not their fault. However, management support is clearly lacking. The slowest Tim Hortons that I have ever been to! Idk why I keep coming here, it is literally quicker to drive up the hill to the other Tim Hortons and drive back down the hill
