I ordered a cilantro wrap chicken inside was frozen. Went to customer desk she asked me throw that in garbage , yes she offered another one. Question is This location Tim Horton service has been going down. They full coffees upto the brim and it is always spilling out. Today I had very disappointing experience at this location on August 12 at approximately 8:40 a.m. I am a regular customer and visit this Tim Hortons almost every day to pick up coffee before work. This morning, I placed an order intending to use a coupon for an Original Cold Brew. However, when I scanned the coupon, it did not go through.
