This is the only Tim Hortons location I've had consistently bad experiences with; either the order is wrong and is missing ingredients or my "iced" coffee has four cubes of ice with lukewarm coffee. I appreciate quick service but not at the expense of order quality. Disappointing
My go to morning cafe, the manager in the morning has a great smile and exceptional customer service. I really appreciate her efficiency, energy and engagement to customers.
