Ordered a Tim’s delivery via the Tim’s app itself. And the AUDACITY - the restaurant first of all accepted the order and made sure they have everything in store. Next when the driver reached there - they made him call me and tell me to cancel the order - WHEN TIMS DOESNT HAVE AN OPTION TO CANCEL SOMETHING. Which I saw on their application itself. This Tim Hortons on Financial is unacceptable. The floors were covered in brown water with no caution signs, making it dangerous - I slipped, scraped my knees, and now have back pain. When I asked for a manager, she came out condescending and more focused on offering me a free drink or cookie than addressing the issue. On top of that, our drink orders were messed up twice.
