The one star says it all
This was by far my worst experience at a Tim Hortons in Canada. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and it was clear that many of them were not familiar with their own responsibilities. Orders were mixed up, and customers had to follow up multiple times just to receive a single cup of coffee. Without asking any questions, the staff changed my order on their own. Service not good. I ordered coffee & muffin in drive thru but they gave tea. I went asked inside they simply said someone changed..response was not satisfying. My reward points not properly scanned.
