I regularly visit this Tim Hortons because I work nearby, but I’ve had repeated issues at the drive-thru. Staff often don’t listen properly to orders. Today, I was told my coffee was already given when it wasn’t, and I had to argue before receiving it. When I finally got it, the order was incorrect. This has happened multiple times, and it’s frustrating as a regular customer. I hope management improves order accuracy and customer service.
