Worst customer service ever they gave me a very bad attitude, workers seem always in a bad mood. They should only hire students as they would be a better fit for that job and actually smile
Very bad customer service they are doing they don’t know how to talk to customer I am paying them for food and I provide them the correct instructions they said we can’t do that the order is done this is ridiculous you guys are serving food what do you mean by that I can’t do that please just make sure this is Tim Hortons not a small thing every body is working not only you guys so don’t do that bull shit with customers
Food is great (for Tim Hortons standards in 2025). But their staff are some of the most slow moving individuals I have ever seen. They take their time, talk to one another like it's a social club and sometimes they prepare food and leave it on their counter without calling out for who actually ordered it. Not only that, they don't care about how much they fill up the coffee cup. I used a 20% off coupon from the Tim Hortons app. What did I get in return? A 20% LESS amount of coffee.
