Food is great (for Tim Hortons standards in 2025). But their staff are TOO slow, it is not as crowded as others, but they take longer than any other Tim Hortons. They take their time, talk to one another, and don’t think if the client is in a rush or not.
I accidentally picked up the wrong order because I thought it was mine. I immediately realized the mistake, but the employee kept asking, ‘Why did you take it?’ several times in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. Worst attitude I have got from a Tim Hortons employee it’s clear they don’t want to work there
Absolutely terrible. Worst coffee on campus pls close it down and replace
