Not just once, but I have had multiple bad experiences here. Everytime, the workers are slow and take a long time. They even forgot my order once and I had to go ask for it. Another time, they gave my order to someone else. This time, they redeemed my points but did not give me the full order because they claimed that the manager took cash so no mistake could be made, they didn't even check or anything. Absolutely terrible service here.
Very poor service. I’ve had to visit multiple times because there aren’t many other options, but each time it takes around 20 minutes just to get 2 coffees and 2 bagels. There were five staff members on the floor, yet they were busy talking instead of preparing orders. The person making the cold drinks also had a very poor attitude. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
Nobody here wants to work. Staff is constantly on their phones, talking to each other, ignoring customers. They will punch in the order wrong and give you attitude for having to fix it, literally complaining about the very job they signed up to do and are getting paid for. A bagel should not take 20+ minutes to take. There could be 5 people behind the stands and only one person is working the rest are just standing there meanwhile the line is reaching the third floor.
