If you want the wrong order served with a side of misery, this is the place to go. Trying to communicate with the staff was exhausting—zero customer service skills and a terrible attitude. After surviving the painful ordering process, we opened our box of 50 Timbits only to find a soggy, low-quality mess. Not a single flavor we asked for was in the box. Just a dumped assortment of stale, mushy dough. Complete waste of money and a textbook example of how not to run a drive-thru.
