There are three shops in one area and none of them have toilets, that's ridiculous. Please don't just think about the money, think about your customers too.

I went here to buy coffee today (January 29, 2026). But instead of me getting my coffee.. The two people who is working there that time was ignoring me as if I don't exist there.. I am standing in front of the counter for like 15 mins then no one is coming to take my order. The 2 worker just keep on chatting.. As much as I want to patronize this Tim hortons location. The service is beyond helpless!! I will never ever going back to this location again!! Try to train your team member to be good at their Job (customer service).... read more
