I asked Jaspreet if steeped tea was fresh and he said yes. When I tried the steeped tea, it was not fresh at all. I have asked countless times for him to make fresh steeped tea and he doesn’t want to make steeped tea new because he doesn’t want to put in extra effort and is saving his energy in making a new one when I request him as most times it taste stale and not fresh at all.
Terrible service march 15th, if you don’t wanna work don’t make it other people’s problem. Using dirty cups, making orders wrong and acting like it’s my fault.

Come here all the time always get friendly interactions with all the workers. Today especially by Karam, she went out of her way to get my order right despite how busy it was. She was so sweet and accommodating.
