Well after 12+ years you have managed to lose my buisness. I go to Tim Hortons faithfully twice a day - I have made reviews, I have called and spoken to employees directly and yet basic etiquette doesnt seem to apply here. I'm not looking for fine dining im looking fir you NOT to touch where I put my mouth when I get a drink. Its simple.
