Poor service. On Sunday Google says it opens at 10, girls st the register is talking to her friend and yells over to me in line that they don’t open until 10:30. I stood there and called the store as Google said it was open? Hmm well a guy then answered the phone and told me that they don’t open till 10:30. I went to A&w and got my order instead….. fix your Google times or get new staff that can open on time.
On more than 4 occasions I ordered a large cold brew coffee beverage. At first I just thought they were mixing up the order. The cold brew clearly advertises, an essential foam on top. I would go back and ask about it, but unfortunately, there appeared to be a misunderstanding of what I wanted. I chalked it up to a possible language barrier.
