Terrible service, terrible quality and always get our orders wrong. Just simple coffee orders, all wrong. I’m pretty sure the people who work the window don’t speak English very well at all, you have to repeat yourself 100 times and they still get it wrong. So infuriating .
The staff is incredibly rude about technical difficulties on their end. Their card reader wasn’t working and they felt it appropriate to demean me, insinuate I had no money, and they swore at me. I will be contacting corporate. So rude. So shameful, not what tim hortons stands for
tried gaslighting us about our order gave us something completely different and were so rude. we had the receipt which is the only reason they fixed the order. go to any other timmies just not this one. many people I know have also gotten their credit card information stolen here at this location beware
