Mona is incredibly polite and always greets customers with a warm and welcoming attitude. Her customer service skills are top-notch, making every visit a great experience. Employees like her really make a difference. Highly recommend!"
I walked in this tims for the first time today - there must have been 10 employees behind the counter - waited for approx 5 min to be served however no one took my order so walked out and went across the street to mcdonalds.
