We were starving, went to the location on the corner of Pitt and Ninth at 145pm today. I asked for a grilled cheese (they upselled me the bacon) an orange juice and a plain bagel with butter. They were not busy we were the only one in line at the time of ordering. I received my grilled cheese not cooked. They slapped everything together, melted the cheese on top and that was it.
