I visit here many times in a week .its really such a good place with friendly staff .they always treat me like a friends .must visit there.
I recently visited the Tim Hortons on Lerwick and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and served with a smile. My coffee was hot and fresh, and the food tasted really good. Everything was clean and quick. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
First of all, ordering by drive thru at this location is an uphill battle. I don't want to say poor customer service, it's pretty much NO service. The employee goes on silent mode in between order taking and there's no confirmation once it done. We reached the order pick up window and there was some confusion (obviously) but another person named Komal(I believe that's her name) jumped in and sorted it. Thank you Komal. Staff was so good and friendly. Especially they are rapid fast. I got my order on time.
