Hi there, I'm definitely surprised and disappointed that Tim Hortons would allow Smoking on its small and shared outdoor patio! Given your commitment to Children and young and upcoming athletes. I have spoken to a manager but no results. Could you please explain how you justify this please. Thank you Ken
