Great service
This is my first, and last time at this location. This is the most unorganized, and chaotic Tim Horton's that I've ever been to. I get it, customer service jobs suck. But, there must've been a dozen employees there, and they were all over the place. Calm down, and do one thing at a time. This iced coffee is slammin' though!
Got my coffee and once I opened it and decided to drink it four minutes after already being down the road, it tasted horrible, so I took the lid off to check and the oat milk. They used was bad and curdled and there were chunks instead of the coffee. I usually get and enjoy. Gross.
I came through the drive thru and got a turkey bacon club, pumpkin muffin, and a Vanilla iced latte. First off I don't know what drink I received but it was definitely not what I ordered, (I have gotten that drink many times). And second there was zero bacon on my sandwich, and the bread was hard and crunchy?! Muffin was the only good part.
