After waiting in line for 20 mins for food, I was told there was no food being served due to a shortage of staff. There was no signage up to tell people waiting as well. They only have 3 people there. Why bother having food if you don't have the staff to make it. People waiting for their already ordered food, only to be told that they actually can't make it, due to the shortage. The only thing to do is give them refunds. Management should be ashamed of themselves, and the hospital should be embarassed.
20mins waiting for a coffee
No donuts! It's a travesty! As a lover of donuts, I want my donuts and you would expect to be able to get a donut or two with your coffee at Tim Hortons. But they don't carry any at this location. Tut tut. Yet they will have cookies made from fat and sugar, and muffins with more saturated fat then a donuts, but no. No donuts here. Now to wait for some generic replay from "the owner" about how they are concerned, and wish the best for future service.
