Very disappointed with the service. I ordered a chai latte that wasn’t stirred properly and asked for a remake, but the response felt a bit rude. Later at lunch, my colleague ordered a chicken bowl with slow-cooked chicken but was given regular crispy chicken instead. Overall, it was a very poor experience at this branch.

I asked them if they had a one-time spoon, and the response was incredibly rude. I understand I shouldn't be asking for a spoon, but her behavior was unacceptable. I later asked about white hot chocolate, and she was rude again.I don't know her name but I went there at like 10 pm on 26 th January, she was black in color with average height (customer service rep)- manager should have a word with her.

I always order coffee, but in 10 times I ordered, only 2times was stir. Don’t forget to stir.

After waiting in line for 20 mins for food, I was told there was no food being served due to a shortage of staff. There was no signage up to tell people waiting as well. They only have 3 people there. Why bother having food if you don't have the staff to make it. People waiting for their already ordered food, only to be told that they actually can't make it, due to the shortage. The only thing to do is give them refunds. Management should be ashamed of themselves, and the hospital should be embarassed.
