Friendly staff , fast service
I visited this Tim Hortons and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff seemed untrained and struggled with basic customer service, which made the visit uncomfortable. On top of that, the French Vanilla I ordered was not up to standard. I hope management takes steps to improve both service and product quality.
This morning, I visited for breakfast and was disappointed with the service provided by a staff member named Chetanjot or Chetanjit. She did not respond to my greetings, made unpleasant expressions, and placed my order on the table without any acknowledgment or communication. Her behavior negatively affected my morning, and I hope management addresses this issue to improve the experience for future customers.
