So honestly the only redeeming quality is that the employees can read and understand the orders- that's we're they're ahead of McDonald's by a mile. The downside is they often do things like prioritize a gigantic order where they're waiting on hot food to finish where as I'm waiting for two coffees and I'm waiting close to 10 minutes (or longer, but under 10 very frequently) just for coffees, maybe max a bagel where the only hot component is an egg round, I come during regular breakfast hours but not peak times so they aren'... read more

The quality of food and service is deteriorating by each passing day. Coming here since last two years. This ball of dough was given to me in the name of biscuit. Neither the baker nor the maker cared enough to see what they’re serving to the customers. I paid 7$ for this

Very poor customer service at this Tim Hortons. The staff were rude, there was no greeting, no basic respect, and the overall treatment was very disappointing. It felt like customers are not valued here at all. The morning drive-thru crew especially needs proper training and better manners. This is easily one of the worst Tim Hortons locations in the area. Management really needs to train the team on customer service and basic professionalism.
