First time to Place an order thru mobile app in this location,as this is the one closest to one of the errands at that moment. I prefer mobile pickup most of the time, so I can just pickup my orders and leave, as I find it convenient whenever I'm in hurry and especially with the kids. Came into this restaurant my orders were not ready,even it showed it's ready for pickup on my end. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Clean restaurant. Service is top notch
When they get your order right, it's great. It really depends who is working that particular day. Edit: I took a few months off from going here, and upon my return they didn't have cinnamon raison bagels. Edit: They double charged me for my drink this morning, and when I complained, they looked at me like a deer in the headlights. I will never go back, and I have reduced my star rating to 1*.
Why spend so much money to rec a good thing? No more booths and you have to ask 3 workers to let you use the rest room.. they shouldnt have to be bathroom attendance while keeping up with the drive through. I hope you pay your workers well, didnt know sherwood park needed locked bathrooms..
Decided to go into restaurant to get my coffee due to extreme drive thru lineups...big mistake. Service caters to only drive thru with long lineups in store and 1 person serving while the other 6 or 7 cater to drive thru. Long wait and terrible service...didn't seem to care if the people in the store had to wait forever for service..avoid this place.
