I had an unpleasant experience at Tim Hortons today. The South Asian lady at the front counter made my coffee and left it sitting there without letting me know it was ready. I kept waiting, thinking my order wasn’t done. When I asked if the coffee sitting there was mine, she said yes. I then asked her why she didn’t tell me it was ready, and she suddenly got mad and replied rudely in a bad tone. As I walked away, she even kept yelling. I haven't had ONE good experience here. The service is so terrible I have to argue with staff to get what I paid for. Today they forgot my order too. Seats are dirty nearly every visit. This place is so terribly ran and it is not worth the time.
