I was just at the location. One of the worst serivce experiences. Drove thru and ordered a latte, the server asked me whether I want it hot or cold and I mentioned hot and she replied " Just making sure because everytime you come through here you have a problem with your order." Left me speechless as to why someone would say that, given that this was my third time there. Somehow they manage to miss something or get my order wrong almost every single time I get food here.. Update: August 14th 2025 Ordered a sausage scrambled croissant sandwish and got one with two eggs.... how is it this hard to read a screen?
Everytime I order from there after confirming the order they somehow still manage to mess it up more often then not.
