I’ve been here many times but decided to boycott this location and never support them. Why support lousy service and a bad attitude?
Service and staff are utterly. HORRIBLE. Workers show no care in the food they make, including paying attention to your order. 2nd time at this location that after going through the drive through, I need to go back to correct my order. They even tried to tell me I didn’t order what I asked for. Don’t bother with this location….ever.
I come here often when I'm at work. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Even when they're busy they try to get you food as soon as possible! Their supervisor/manager(I'm not sure) Rose is just amazing! Always goes above and beyond to make everything faster, I've seen her helping her colleagues all the time and this time she helped me when I had to figure out something with my receipts! Thanks so much Rose, I highly appreciate you, your team and your help!
It is not the first time that the cappuccino tastes just like hot water, no taste nothing. Would not recommend to buy it from this location, other locations are much better, in somerset and midnapore for example. At this location it tastes like it is 15% cappuccino topped with hot water
