This is an excellent Tim Hortons. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is up to standard and they are always very quick during busy times.
If I had a business dealing with service or people, first thing I'd do is to put in charge someone who speaks fluent English not someone which you (as a customer) have to repeat same order 10 times and she still doesn't understand. And I didnt understand what she was saying either. Worst service I've had. I left without ordering.
I was ordering a cold drinks, and person that were taking my order is barely speaking English and could not understand what drinks do I want. Tables and chairs were dirty and sticky. Male washroom is dirty. Sink is very small and placed in the corner, it’s very uncomfortable. Mirror is damaged.

Ran out of biscotti filled donuts by 12:15 pm. Breakfast sandwich was good.
