My worst quality as a human being is how much I like the Tim hortons chili. It’s like my dirty secret that I don’t tell people about. I ordered here the other day and the chili was virtually just liquid 😊😊! A couple little blobs of meat and mushrooms and perhaps two individual beans, also it wasn’t even over-salted!! I like it for the sodium high! This was just bland meat water. Absolutely horrendous and made me very upset! Also the bun was stale BUT the farmers wrap I also got really slapped so I guess there’s that.
The worst service of any Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Tons of staff members behind the counter and 1 customer in front of me. It took 13 min to get 1 muffin. Meanwhile they probably sent 15 people through the drive through. Staff are polite and probably good people, but lacking customer service training. I’ve experienced the same poor service every single time I go in the place. I stopped going for 6 months and would drive to a different location. I figured I’d give it another try and it’s exactly the same. Never again.

We’ve been to this place countless times, but tonight, around 7:57 PM, was a bit disappointing. We ordered through mobile pick-up, and I overheard the lady making my Supreme Stack (I was curious about this seasonal burger, so I decided to try it). She said, “Supreme Stack na naman!” — which means “Supreme Stack, again!” — in a raised, irritated tone. I understand it was busy; I know the feeling since I used to work in fast food too.
