J'ai commandé un Moyen Cappuccino Glacé par l'application mobile. J'arrive sur place, une employée, une vieille dame, me hurle dessus qu'ils n'ont plus de verre pour moyen Ice Capp, qu'ils ont juste des petits et des grands. Elle procède me donne du change pour me rembourser et repart aussitôt. Je n'ai pas du tout compris ce qui arrivait. Elle était seule, d'accord, mais il n'y avait aucun client derrière moi, et la file du service au volant était tout aussi vide, rien ne pressait. Really slow service. 5 employees just stare at customers and move slowly, not providing any service. They don’t even communicate amongst themselves! Management should realign their value on customer service. 3 customers and still waiting for service, even after 8min 🤦♂️! Don’t get me wrong, they are very friendly and do provide service when in action but, customers are waiting 8min before being served.
