The worse Tim Hortons that I ever been.So rude and don't understand orders.they have broken espresso machine for more then half year.
It was my first time picking up an order at this Tim Hortons. I was picking up a double order and this is the second pickup point. When I arrived, the food was still not ready, and I had to wait for a few minutes. During that time, the customer kept chasing me, asking why I was still waiting. I informed the customer that the food was not ready yet. After that, I believe the customer made a complaint. Then, a staff member falsely claimed that the driver (me) was late for the pickup.
