I ordered a steeped tea with three honey, but was instead handed a cup of coffee. This is incredibly frustrating, especially when I made my order clearly. I was looking forward to a simple tea, and getting the wrong item ruined the experience. What made it worse was the lack of attention to detail and professionalism.
