I visited the Tim Hortons this morning. My americano and honey dip were ready within minutes, and the barista greeted me with a genuine smile. Clean dining area, too. Exactly what I need before heading into work!
Tim Hortons is an absolute Indian restaurant..no customer service at all.....sad what has happened to Canada...they should go home & sell samosas ...all Indian Cafe....wow Canada...see what you brought in...

I visited Tim Hortons last week and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service from one of their staff named Priyanka. The store was busy, but she handled every order with efficiency and a warm smile. When I accidentally ordered the wrong drink, she quickly fixed it without hesitation. Her friendly attitude and dedication to making customers feel welcome truly stood out. If you're ever at this Tim Hortons, you're in good hands with them!"
The chicken sandwich I ordered had a ridiculous amount of sauce, and it wasn't spread out. I don't have a high expectations but come on - put in a bit of effort.
