Ever since BK bought Timmies it hasn't been the same. Food is garbage, the menu tries too hard and the basics are left on the floor as a consequence. I was looking forward to the warm weather again to get an iced capp like I still enjoyed last year, but now the owners rush the workers so much they can't make it correctly and it comes out with syrup and mess everywhere, it's not worth the inflated price. Let me know when you learn to make good coffee again.

I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons. The coffee was fresh and flavorful , the staff were polite and welcoming. My order was prepared quickly, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. It’s a great place for breakfast, snacks, or a coffee break. I’ll definitely visit again!

The food and drinks were good, and the customer service was friendly. The employees were doing their best and working very hard. However, I think the owner or management should schedule more staff, especially on busy weekends. When I visited, there were only three employees running the entire store.
