Long wait time and incompetent staff. Poor customer service.
“I ordered the Brown Sugar Iced Latte , butter croissants and non-veg wrap, and both were delicious—the latte was smooth and perfectly sweet, and the wrap was fresh and flavorful. What really made my visit special was the amazing service from Rupinderjeet. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Great food and even better service—thank you, Rupinderjeet, for such a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons!”
Today I had such a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons. Especially Rupindejeet Kaur is so incredibly friendly, welcoming and quick with service. My order was brown sugar ice latte tasted amazing and the croissants & Non veg wrap was fresh and flaky . Thank you so much and really appreciated to Rupinderjit for making my visit so enjoyable.
I visited Tim on Thursday and I really my experience there is very great. One of the cashiers, Rupinderjeet, gave very good service. She was very helpful and even assisted me in choosing my coffee.
