I had a disappointing experience. The lady (I think her name was Meet or something similar) was talking on the phone when I arrived to pick up my mobile order. I had to get her attention and tell her I was there for my order. She responded with just “OK” in a rude manner and handed me my order without any greeting. The other staff member, a guy, was polite and helpful, so I appreciate his good service. However, my experience with her was not good. This happened around 5:00 PM on June 24. I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons. Parry is consistently kind, friendly, and welcoming, especially during the early morning rush. He always greet customers with a smile and take the time to make you feel valued and important, no matter how busy it is.
