They have re-arranged the layout and there is now just one service counter. It's not working. I have always thought that the unit is too small. It's a busy Mall and you can sometimes wait a long time to get served. When it had two counters, it was rare that they were both in use. The staff do their best and I guess that they must get frustrated with the amount of room they have to work in. There is a vacant unit now where Vanellis pizza was. Perhaps you could see if that would be a better location?
