Me - " can I please have a sleeve?" Tims - " we are out of sleeves" (happens all the time) Me "can I please have a double cup?" Tims - "I will have to charge you" Have sleeves or provide an alternative for your customers. Rude staff almost every visit - stale bread - refuse to let you finish your coffee order, cut you off THEN get it wrong and get mad when you try to correct it. today was my last visit.
