I was just in this drive-thru ordered a meal with a hash brown drove off as the person working drive thru was asking if I want a hash brown. I said yes but I’m guessing the speaker had already cut so no one heard. I get to the window the guy doesn’t repeat my order. I pay with a gift card and he doesn’t hand me a hashbrown. I asked for it and the Indian/Punjabi guy is giving me sass because I didn’t pay for one. The manager refuses to assist and refund my order. I don’t know why I keep going to this Tim Hortons. I’m really disappointed with the quality at this Tim Hortons drive-thru. Two days in a row I’ve received a breakfast wrap that was mangled and soggy and not edible — it looked like no care was taken at all in preparing it. It’s frustrating to spend money on food that isn’t even close to what it should be. Buyer beware at this location — they definitely need to take more pride in the food they serve.

Hello everyone! I was in this place first time. I ordered food and drinks and they made all my meals right. I didn't get any problems with that Tim Hortons. Polite lady and professional I think,supervisor. Thank you for your job guys.
