Very good experience at brookswood Tim Hortons at 192 and 28. Kuldeep is exceptional. Always polite and with wonderful customer service.

This is my go-to location!! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Kuldeep is an amazing supervisor. He is always on top of everything and is always friendly and helpful. Always tidy and clean.
The worst customer service experience given by supervisor of this location named Kulveer, who always denies to blend whipped topping into ice cap. we go daily at this location, gets whipped topping blender whenever he is not on his shift but whenever he is on his evening shift, he denies he says to everyone that it’s a new policy by Tim Horton and we can’t blend it. is this policy implemented on only this location or for every Tim Hortons????????
