I informed staff there’s a fly still they ignored it & did nothing. Such a careless attitude, please hire better staff.
All the donuts were covered in flies!! Big flies, fruit flies.. the servers are nice but I can’t say service is good if they can’t serve you what they’re known for. It was actually gross.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and had a really positive experience. Kuldeep provided excellent customer service and was very kind, professional, and welcoming. It genuinely made my day better. Highly appreciated!
