I had such a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The team was super kind and helpful, my order was ready fast, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The place is always clean and comfortable. You can really tell they care about their customers. Definitely one of the best Tim's I've been to!
I get food from this Tim’s on a regular basis in the morning/afternoon time. The foods itself it’s good. But the customer service is absolutely awful. The lady with the hijab at the microphone who works there everyday is super rude and doesn’t even let the customer speak. Whenever I’ve been here she always has a rude tone to her voice. Whoever is the owner of this Tim’s needs to train her to have a polite tone with the customers and it’s improve the service much better
What's wrong with your customer service? Your staff who work at drive-through was not facing me, which caused the coffee to almost fall,I didn't blame her, but she instead blamed me for being careless ???
