Super slow. Drive-through lines are long at 9:00 in morning even at 9300 at night. Poor cashier doing cash and making coffee himself alone.
I had a very disappointing experience at one of your locations today. I ordered a blueberry muffin, but it was still frozen inside when I received it. When I politely pointed this out, the staff member responded by yelling at me, insisting it had just been baked and that I should wait for it to thaw. This response was not only unprofessional but also concerning from a food safety perspective.
