went at a time that wasn't as busy and they forgot 2/10 timbits and filled my large drink about 3/4 full. didn't realize until i left for class so couldnt go back to fix it. two people were stressing doing all the work (one a poor trainee) while two others did absolutely nothing just talking to each other behind the counter
Really bad. Orders are messed up a third of the time. Sometimes they just forget the order entirely. Do yourself a favor and walk to the dc tims
Sneakily overcharges you for regular items. The double stacked farmers wrap is advertised as $6.49 on there flat screen menu, but i was charged $7.56 total. When I asked about the difference they said it was tax. But $6.49 x 1.13 only comes out to $7.34. I asked them to ring it up again and found that the actual price was 6.69 base plus tax. Their response to this was that “the actual price sometimes differ from the screen”. Even though its a small amount its scummy nonetheless to overcharge like that.
