I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. My husband and I ordered two vegetarian Loaded Bowls because we are Muslims and only eat halal food. We clearly explained to the employee that we could not eat meat. The employee admitted that he had accidentally put chicken on both bowls. We immediately asked for brand new bowls to be made. J'arrive a l'instant! J'ai commander un bagel fromage a la crème bacon! Ya pas de fromage a la crème dans mon bagel! L'endroit était très sale! Un café renversé par terre pas ramasser! Les poubelles qui deborde autant a l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur! J'ose même pas imaginer les cuisine!!! Le coin commence a être le fun avec les petits commerces qui se développent! Est ce qu'on pourrait avoir un franchise fier qui prend soins de son environnement

I am disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a croissant that wasn't included with my order, and when I politely inquired about it, the employee who told me his name is Henry, responded with a significant amount of attitude and multiple sighs. This is not a great Tim Hortons location. The staff were not very friendly. I was somewhat disappointed because I wanted food but as we walked in I saw that. The older woman behind the food counter was sneezing on everything. That's a big turn off.
