Typically a decent location but I find depending on who’s working. This is not from a place of prejudice but the Indian ladies working drive-through are not personable and friendly at all and this has been on every occasion. It appears they try to have better English speakers on order taking now which makes ordering easier but there’s still the awkwardness at the window that makes me rather go somewhere else. The employees take a long time to serve a single customer. They kept me standing in the queue for more than 10 mins. Need major improvement

This was the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. The coffee was terrible — it was so diluted with milk and water that you could barely taste any coffee at all. While we were eating, an employee started sweeping and mopping the floors right between the rows where customers were sitting. She was even brushing people’s feet with the broom as she passed by. Then she began mopping around the tables where people were still eating. It was almost impossible to get to the washroom because the floors were wet everywhere. Can someone ... read more
