I have some complaints about this tim hortons Usually i go there in the morning 6.15-7am During my visit, I noticed that the manager I don’t know she is manager or no i just noticed from the uniform i think she is the manager there and somewhat tall and she was not wearing the Tim Hortons cap. The cap is part of the uniform, and as a manager, even she is not look like a professional. I also observed that the way in which she interacted with me seemed less than respectful. This is my favourite Tim’s! I’m always greeted with a smile from all the workers. I’m a regular here so I just need to say my coffee and they remember my order for me. It’s so nice that when I come in, they already know me. Their efficient organization and management makes the Conklin Tim’s great!
"I had a disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru at this location. Despite placing an online order and no cars behind me, the staff member, who appeared to be an Indian woman, didn't greet me or provide adequate customer service, even when I encountered her twice around 6:15 am. As someone who has worked in customer-facing roles, including at Tim Hortons, I believe that treating customers with respect and courtesy is essential.
