Terrible customer service and very rude staff. They seriously need proper customer service training. I tried ordering food and was given the wrong order for the second time. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing experience at Conklin plaza Tim Hortons.
Went in on a Tuesday evening around 4'30-5 pm wanted a iced lemonade and the cashier said they don't sell them also asked for a caramel churro cold brew again they said they don't have it at that time. Just left without ordering anything. Went to the other Tim Hortons near Sobeys and they had both drinks
I visited this location recently and was impressed. The lobby and washroom were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful—especially the woman I believe is the manager. The new four cheese and sausage egg bites were delicious (I think I prefer them over the bacon ones), and my tea was made perfectly. Overall, a great experience!
