I don't know if the manager suffers from a mental health issue but she seriously needs to reconsider managing this place. Every single day she sees the line up but she can't figure out a solution. That's exactly what we call bad management. Tim Hortons headquarters will be notified

These folks work SO hard! They always remember me and my order. I wish people hadn’t complained about mobile wait times- that’s why they took away mobile order! :( just submit your order earlier and arrive later… this location is so popular. Adapt to it.
Guy working the counters was unresponsive and just slammed my order (iced coffee) on the counter without calling it (spilled some)
