I’m sad to make this review, I come through here every morning for my iced coffee and snack. I have a sensitivity to lactose, and have asked on multiple occasions to sub out milk/cream for oat milk. Almost every morning I get cream/milk in my coffee which you can only imagine what leads to. If you have a food/dairy sensitivity don’t come to this location because they 9/10 will NOT listen to your request. "Excellent customer service every visit. The staff member taking orders is protessional, attentive, and very efficient, especially during busy hours. She communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and always makes customers teel welcomed and valued. Orders are handled quickly and accurately, which really improves the overall experience. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and provides outstanding service."
