The food is typically stale. Service is lacking. They call that coloured water, Coffee? I have not been in this location for 8 years. Staff was very friendly but the place looked like a disaster had blown through and it wasn't that busy. My purchase was a XL French Vanilla Cappuccino. It was just barely hot at the start and I didn't take very long to drink it and it was stone-cold by the time I got to the bottom.
