Just Abysmyl after multiple checking a about the correct order I still got the wrong order which I can't eat and now they aren't answering phone calls either. Not expected from Tim Hortons
Was waiting for my food and the staff all sang 'Total Eclipse of the Heart' the restaurant was filled with joy and happiness
By FAR one of the worst locations I have been to. I have tried to be a little patient/forgiving because it is in the Rideau Center, which can be difficult at times, but it is still a mess every time. They have forgotten things in my order, left me with incredibly long wait times even when there's no line, the food is just worse than other locations too. I will not be back, I will visit the food court instead. Two of my grand children have also had problems there too, it is just a universally bad experience. My grand daughter... read more
