They got my order wrong and insisted it was what i ordered and said “im not gonna change it, thats your fault”
I just ordered a coffee and they made a mistake on my order. When I brought back the coffee and said I didn’t want sugar in my coffee. Management said that’s what you ordered and refused to make me a new coffee. They were rude and claimed that it was my mistake not theirs
