Not sure why it takes 20 minutes to get a coffee and a bagel. You order the smallest cheapest items and it takes 20 minutes to get it. Ordered the basic chicken wraps with 3 ingredients on it and it took 3 people over 6 minutes to make that wrap while waving the chicken tenders through the air while he tells his coworkers about their weekend. I got a egg and cheese farmers wrap along with a large black coffee and a medium steeped tea. The wrap just came with an egg and cheese no hash brown in it. Extremely disappointing all the staff here cares about is drive thru time accomplishment really poor customer service

During my recent visit, I interacted with Maryanne at the counter. While I understand that front-line roles can be demanding, her demeanor was unexpectedly curt and unwelcoming. I also found myself needing to repeat simple information several times, which suggested either a lack of attention or unwillingness to engage. I offer this feedback respectfully, with the hope that additional training or coaching might help ensure future customers receive a more professional and attentive level of service.
