Grabbed a couple of donuts through the drive-thru there tonight. Almost impossible to hear the lady on the speaker. I asked her to speak up and she did a little bit but I still could barely understand what she was saying. When I got to the window I said to her you know I could hardly hear you and that seemed like she didn't really care. That just makes it harder for the customers and I think they should either fix their equipment or do something about that problem.
