The agent named Deep didnt even realised who came first in the store and just kept on entertaining other customers. Ignoring the one who came first.
Got two coffee on 20250905 8:40pm and both were burnt / stale and had to throw them away. Contacted Tim Hortons customer service and they don’t have the courtesy to respond. Edit: I contacted guest service and have not received any helpful response for more than a week!
