Had a great experience at this Tim's! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. My order was prepared quickly, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely a nice place for a quick coffee break.
I had a disappointing experience today at the drive-thru. I had an offer on the app for a wrap and coffee combo for $7.99. When I placed my order, the staff made a mistake and rang in the wrong items, totaling around $16. I noticed and pointed it out, expecting it to be corrected. Instead of refunding the overcharge or correcting the payment, I was told nothing could be done because I had already paid. I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons recently. I ordered my usual, but the lady at the counter gave me the wrong item. When I pointed it out, she insisted that’s what she heard, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, she continued to have a grudgy attitude towards me and other customers. It's really disappointing when customer service falls short like this. I hope they can improve!
