To much wait for order. Customer service is very slow.
I just went through the drive-thru, and the lady greeted me in a rude manner. When I ordered a large triple-triple, she didn’t seem to understand and responded in a way that felt unprofessional , she replied "WHAT" rudely . overall interaction didn’t feel welcoming. Better customer service would improve the experience.

I wish i could give zero. I was at location, 65 university ave, Waterloo, Ontario at 7:40 pm March 20/2025. I ordered two ice coffees light ice with extra can syrup. The gentleman name ‘Aman’ did not serve right order in the first place. And when we drove back to the window and asked him to rectify the order , his First words were “So you can take cane syrup on the side” and that’s not what we asked for.
